Supply Chain Consultant 2022 - Present

Working with numerous organizations in a consulting capacity to handle various supply chain issues.
This includes migration to a 3PL from RFP creation to actual physical move, revamping the entire supply
chain process, and handling a new methodology for sourcing products. Some of these organizations
included Intermix Fashions, Thinx, and Advantage Solutions. Others can be supplied upon request.

Hanky Panky - Intimate Apparel 2013 - 2021 


Sr VP Supply Chain (Consultant/In House)                                  New York, NY  

Responsible for all logistics and supply chain departments  for this $60mm intimate apparel brand
manufacturer including IT, distribution, planning, project management and daily website operations.
Originally brought on as consultant, converted to FT in 2017. 

 Updated and improved efficiencies in the Distribution Center, reducing cost from 6.5% of gross sales to less
than 3%.  This also included the implementation of a WMS.
 Responsible for all Distribution Center activities and operations.
 Worked closely with head of HR and executive leadership team to implement immediate safety and urgency
measures during COVID-19 crisis leading to no staff reductions and continued profitability
 Upgraded and project managed the organizations website by migrating to Magento, improving sales by 45% in
a year. 
 Responsible for creation of social media marketing and  hiring and overseeing SEO/SEM agents as well as
Facebook and Instagram strategies leading to an almost 30% increase in profit and website engagement 
 Consolidated multi-server environment to a SAN environment, reducing cost and putting in place a disaster
recovery system. 
 Led strategic roll-out for the implementation of a new ERP system, which went live, leading to increased
efficiencies and communications between production, finance and WMS.
 Upgraded outdated supply chain operations with best practices and transferred operations to a 3PL.
 Implemented First Sale for the organizations Export Business and negotiated terms for distribution in the
Netherlands for European deliveries.
 Selected and implemented the Joor and NuOrder B2B solution for wholesale channels. Salesforce for our CRM
system.

GOLD INC., 2013 - 2015


Chief Operations Officer Denver, CO
 
Gold Inc, (aka “Goldbug”) hired me to assist in stabilizing the organization's operations and supply
chain capabilities for this $175mm infant and children’s sock and accessory company after unplanned
buyout. 
 Project Managed the Opening of a Hong Kong buying office with a satellite operation located in
China. This enabled the company to see savings of $3mm annually as well as control its
manufacturing and sourcing operations. 
 Reorganized the logistical operations of the company which is handling over 1200 ocean and air
containers annually saving $2.5mm while reducing lead-time and transit time by 2 weeks.
 Responsible for all sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and operations with a direct staff of 12 and
an indirect staff of 120.
 Implemented new processes and procedures to streamline the receiving and put-away process in the
distribution center saving $1mm annually
 Developed and implemented daily, weekly and monthly dashboards creating transparency inside the
company and building ownership and accountability at all levels 

The Franklin Mint 2010 - 2013 


Vice President/COO Supply Chain Philadelphia, PA

Responsible for all operations and fiscal revenue in this direct to consumer iconic $40mm company.  Duties
included overseeing two distribution centers, procurement, IT, allocation, P&L, and the website.

 Overhauled entire backend distribution operation saving over two million annually and delivery time to both
consumers and business partners. 
 Introduced “personalized” jewelry to the website which generated $3.5mm in annual sales in the first year.
 Increased web business with improved SEO and SEM efforts by 25%
 Migrated website to an improved platform Magento, allowing for B2C order taking and improved customer
experience.
 Migrated allocation and distribution off of a proprietary system to NetSuite ERP system.
 Reduced cost by 12% in China by finding better sourcing solutions and improved productivity.

Anchor Blue Retail Group (Owned by Perry Ellis in 2012) 2004-2009

stores nationwide.

 Outsourced inefficient Distribution Center operations saving over $25mm in five years.
 Responsible for the creation of and daily operational flow of a 20 person sourcing/manufacturing department
procuring to new ERP environment saved the organization $10mm within two years. 
 Created an international sourcing/manufacturing department increasing gross margins by 700 basis points in
three years for this $500mm retailer.
 Reduced cost and improved quality on denim saving $7mm in three years.
 Redesigned overall logistical operations, producing a 9-day savings throughout the supply chain.
 Developed and implemented speed to market strategies saving the organization an additional $35mm inside of
the supply chain.
 Implementation of Oracle/Retek RMS system to upgrade aging 30-year-old legacy systems. 
 Responsible for the strategic planning of introducing EDI technologies and moving over 400 vendors to this
platform within one year.
