 IMPORTANT NOTICE

The KASL reserves the right to correct or cancel for cause the registration of this litter. Any misrepresentation on this
application is a cause of cancellation and may result in expulsion from KASL.

NAMING OF PUPPIES

01. Names of dogs submitted for registration shall not contain more than twenty-seven (27) spaces including the
breeder's kennel affix.

02. ALL NAMES OF PUPPIES MUST BEGIN WITH THE SAME LETTER

03. NO OBSCENE NAMES MAY BE USED

04. THE USE OF NUMBERS IS NOT PERMITTED

05. A name once registered shall not be used again for another dog.

06. Once name has been submitted and registered, it shall not be altered in any way.

REFUSAL OR CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION APPLICATION

07. The registration will be refused if the age of the dam is under twelve (12) months old nine (09) years old at the
time of mating or the age of the sire is under ten (10) months old or ten (10) years old at the time of mating/
08. A litter can be registered only once.
09. Only the breeder, litter owner and stud dog owner may fill out the form.
10. No litter shall be registered unless the breeder has an-to-date registered kennel name. THE LITTER OWNER
BREEDER and STUD OWNER must be paid up members in good standing with the KASL
11. No kennel name affix may be used identical to or similar to any other local or foreign affix that may tend to be
misleading. Kennel registration forms are available at the Club office.
12. The registration application WILL be refused if ALL items are not properly completed.
13. The application will be refused if gestation appears to be abnormally short or long.
14. Any FORGERY of any signature on this application will result in the cancellation of the application and subject
the filer to an investigation by the Club and possible criminal prosecution under the Sri Lankan laws.
15. ALL LITTERS APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THREE (03) MONTHS FROM THE
DATE OF WHELPING after three (03) months, a penalty will be imposed. After one (01) year from the date of
whelping application will be accepted on a case to case basis in accordance with provisions of Committee.
16. APPLICATION MUST BE WRITTEN LEGIBLY.
17. ALL LITTERS SUBMITTED FOR REGISTRATION MAY BE SUBJECTED TO PERSONAL
INVESTIGATION BY A CLUB REPRESENTATIVE IF IT DEEMED NECESSARY.
18. ANY BREEDER/STUD OWNERS FOUND GUILTY OF FALSIFICATION BY REGISTERING MORE
PUPPIES THAN THAT ACTUALLY BORN IN THE LITTER OR PUTTING ANY OTHER FALSE DATA
IN THE APPLICATION WILL BE SUSPENDED OR EXPELLED BY THE CLUB.

OTHER REGULATIONS

19. Lost REGISTRATION CERTIFICATED will be replaced. only if the club is reasonably satisfied that such loss
was unintentional. When litter tickets are replaced. the original ticket becomes invalid and will not be honored
by the club.
20. REGISTATION CERTIFICATES ISSUED TO PUPPIES THAT DIE MUST BE RETURNED TO THE
CLUB.
21. It shall be the responsibility of all breeders, litter owners and stud owners to be aware of the rules and
regulations of the club.
