NOTICE for SIBLING ADMISSION

[

Parents of children studying in Mother’s Pet Kindergarten (Wardhaman Nagar) /Centre Point
School (Wardhaman Nagar) who are waiting to admit their younger children (Siblings) to Pre-
Nursery/Nursery/KG I/KG II classes of Mother’s Pet Kindergarten (Wardhaman Nagar) are
requested to note the dates for the sale of prospectus/completion of admission formalities.
*As a special case, our Alumni will be allowed to take admission in Category 1.

Issue & Submission of Application Form for Pre Nursery – KG II :

Category 1. SIBLINGS / ALUMNI : 10th to 12th January, 2022

Category 2. GENERAL : 13th to 29th January, 2022

Admission Procedure can be done as follows :

Online - visit our website www.motherspet.com
Offline – visit the respective branch by prior appointment only (we adhere to COVID protocols)
Timings for Offline Admission: 10:00 am. - 3:00 pm. at the respective branches on the above date.

*AGE ELIGIBILITY : Pre Nursery 1st October 2019 - 30th September, 2020

Nursery 1st October 2018 - 30th September, 2019

KG I 1st October 2017 - 30th September, 2018
KG II 1st October 2016 - 30th September, 2017

*Parents who want to admit their child on the basis of the new Maharashtra Govt. Regulation
(GR) may speak to the management.

* For Admission to KG I / KG II, a meeting with the Vice Principal will be scheduled.

* Admissions are strictly on First-Come First-Served basis.

* Admissions will be preferably given on the basis of geographical location of residence at any of
our four branches - Sadar, Wardhaman Nagar, Manish Nagar (formerly Wardha Rd) and Amravati
Bypass. (Optional)

[ I ] STEPS for COMPLETING THE ADMISSION PROCEDURE :

ONLINE PROCESS

Parents who fill the Application form ONLINE must :

A) Upload the required documents:

i) Original birth certificate of the child seeking admission (a xerox copy of the same to be submitted
in school office with Admission form).
ii) Telephone bill/ aadhar card/ electricity bill / any other document (in the name of the parent)
as proof of address. (a xerox copy of the same to be submitted in school office with Admission form).
iii) The sibling’s fee receipt of MPK/CPS (For siblings only)
iv) For Kg I and Kg II : Previous school's report card of the class the student attended in 2020-21.
If the Progress Report Card of Mid Term or Final Exam of 2021-22 is available, please upload
a copy of that too.

B) Pay for the Prospectus (Online)- Cost of Prospectus: Rs 750/-

[*Parents who have filled the Application form Online may take the prospectus and admission form
from the respective school office and submit the admission form at a later time.]

C) Payment to Confirm Admission : On confirmation from the school, parents should make the
fee payment as follows:-
By logging in again OR via the payment link sent on the email id given in online application
form. Fee payment amount below:

Nursery & Pre Nursery : Rs 24,050/- ( 1st Installment of fees)

KG I & KG II : Rs 20,000/- (Admission fee Rs 20,000) (one time payment - Non Refundable)

OFFLINE PROCESS : On visit to school office ( with appointment), the parent will be assisted for
Online procedure of filling the Application form. Steps for completing the admission procedure
will be the same as enumerated above.

• ADMISSION is CONFIRMED after all the above steps are completed.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF FORM SUBMISSION For SIBLINGS / ALUMNI

For both Online & Offline Admission.

I) Original corporation birth certificate of the child seeking admission and a xerox copy of the
same.

II ) Telephone bill/ aadhar card/ electricity bill / any other document (in the name of the parent)
as proof of address.

III) 4 latest Passport- size photographs of the child in a labelled packet.

(Besides the photograph stuck on the form)

IV) Parent (any one) to come personally with the completed form.
