conventional. This is a place where people go to by food items and drinks for sustenance.
Various issues regarding the pricing and satisfaction garnered by services have been in the
interest of a team of researchers. This team of investigators have formulated their opinions on
whether irregularities in the pricing do exist, may or may not have found the service to be
unsatisfactory as well as inconsistencies with the variety provided by the canteen. Intent to
investigate the intrinsic details behind the services the canteen provides for staff, students and
visitors of the school is shown.

The researchers’ objectives in choosing this topic are as follows:

 To discover the level of satisfaction with the food services provided by the school’s canteen.

 To identify and compare the level of satisfaction about different factors of the canteen among

the different grades.

 To identify the preferred purchases at the school’s canteen.

Method of Data Collection
The researchers selected a survey as their method of data collection because they realized that is
was more efficient than the other methods of because in an interview the researchers would have
to go to one person at a time to ask questions where as while doing a survey they can receive
more responses at once which would save more time. They also realized that a survey goes much
deeper than a questionnaire and often involves more than one form of data collection.
