2. To execute and sign contracts and any other documents, to receive, pay or negotiate money or any
consideration pertaining to the ADMINISTRATIVE RECONSTITUTION ONLY of the aforementioned
properties/ estate of the deceased Spouses Fidela Dayao and Andres Ramos.

3. To claim/ receive from any person, whether natural or juridical, any document for the ADMINISTRATIVE
RECONSTITUTION ONLY of the said properties.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my/ ou said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform every act and deed whatever requisite and necessary to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as I/
we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my / our said
