Question 1 (3 pts)
A circuit in Figure 1.
Replace the voltage source 3V by a load RL. Find the value of
RL for maximum power transfer. Calculate the maximum power
in this case.

An OPAM circuit in Figure 2.
Find the closed loop gain VO/VI in the circuit.

Question 3 (3 pts)
A circuit in Figure 3 has: R1  10 , R2  5 , R3  10 ,
C  1F , L  1H , VS  30V , I S  2 A . Switch S1 open and
switch S2 close for a long time. At t = 0, the switch S1 is
closed, and switch S2 is opened at the same time. Find the
step response of iL (t ) for t > 0.
