User Story: Issue Description:
Australia customers need the ability to pull Section B of the Superannuation
form based on the default cost center assigned to the employee since they do
not use multi EIN.

• In Global Setup>Company Setup (Global Setup>Company EIN's for

multi-EIN company) in the Superannuation section of HR Settings,
re-word section to "Government form overrides" (since this will now
be used for TFN in ticket
https://wfrjira.int.kronos.com/browse/WFR-327891 as well)

• Business Name should appear at the top under General company

override option (as it will be applicable for both Superannuation and
in ticket https://wfrjira.int.kronos.com/browse/WFR-327891 for
TFN form).
o The default value should appear for the Business Name
(which populates from the Company/EIN Legal Name) and
ABN (Tax ID# from Company/EIN).
o This should also have Cost center override options: Tree and
Level where user can select a cost center tree/level to pull the
information from instead of defaults, if selected.

• Superannuation override options should include Employer Signature

required, Use pre-populated employer signature, Automatically
finalize forms in "submitted" status (This new option will be covered
as part of ticket: https://wfrjira.int.kronos.com/browse/WFR-322754
o Default values- ABN(This will be pre-populated basis the tax
id configured for the EIN), Signature name, Super fund name,
Unique superannuation identifier (USI), Phone(for the
product disclosure statement for this fund), and Super fund
website address (as they do today for Superannuation) but
should now also have Cost center override options: Tree and
Level where user can select a cost center tree/level to pull the
information from instead of defaults, if selected.
 • Tooltip should be added per mock ups(Check 2 UX proposals &
implement as per feasibility & consistency) for the Cost Center
Override "If you would like any of the fields to populate based on the
employee's assigned cost center, you must first select the cost center
tree and level below for which you would like to configure any field
overrides. Next, in that cost center tree/level you must enter the data
that should appear. Employee must be assigned the cost center
tree/level for the details to show in their assigned form"

• There is a minor verbiage change required for employer signature

If enabled, the fields Super Fund Name and USI must be completed. Either
by pre-populating below using the cost center overrides or entered
manually into these fields directly on the form added. The validation will be
applied to all existing forms in New status, but not those that have been
submitted. Pre-population of data will update only at the time of adding new
form(s) and will not update existing form(s) even those in New status.
