Greetings to you!

As your ward advances in age, it is our duty to guide him/her to become a responsible member of society.
With this view in mind and to support the formation of GOOD HABITS early in life, and HOLISTIC
DEVELOPMENT of the children, here are some points again for students to remember. (already shared by
class teachers)

हमारा यह कर्त्तव्य है की हम अपने बच्चे को समाज का जजम्मेवार सदस्य बनाने के भिए मार्तदर्तन करे । जैसे
आपका बच्चा उम्र में आर्े बढ़ता है - इस दृजटिकोण को ध्यान में रखते हुए और िारं भिक जीवन में अच्छी आदतों
के ननमातण और बच्चोंके समग्र प्रवकास का समर्तन करने के भिए कुछ ननयम ददए र्ए है (पहिेसेही भर्क्षकोंद्वारा
साझा ककये र्ए है )
Rules for Discipline
अनर्
ु ासन के ननयम
1. All students are expected to come to school in proper uniform as it is mentioned in the diary page no. 37,
point.7, with clean socks and well-polished shoes. Any child who comes to school in a slovenly condition
will be kept out of the class or sent home. If he/she continues to offend in this respect he/she will be
asked to leave the school.

सिी छात्रों से अपेक्षा की जाती है की वे उचचत यनू नफामत में पाठर्ािा आए । (डायरी पेज नंबर ३७, ननयम ७) साफ़
मोज़े और अच्छी तरह से पॉभिर् ककये र्ए जूते पहनना है । जो िी छात्र ख़राब हाित में पाठर्ािा आएर्ा उसे
कक्षा से बाहर रखा जायेर्ा या घर िेज ददया जायेर्ा । यदद वह इस सम्बन्ध में अपमान करना जारी रखता है तो
उसे पाठर्ािा छोड़ने के भिए कहा जायेर्ा । प्रवद्यार्ी ननयभमत रूप से अपनी स्कूि डायरी सार् िाएं। स्कूि की
वदी सिी ददनों और स्कूि के सिी कायों के भिए पहनी जानी है । माता-प्रपता को दे खना चादहए कक उनका बच्चा
स्कूि के बाहर या अन्य जर्हों पर वदी नहीं पहनता है ।

2. Students should regularly bring their school diary. The school uniform is to be worn on all days and for
all school functions. Parents should see that their ward does not wear the uniform outside the school or
elsewhere.

प्रवद्यार्ी ननयभमत रूप से अपनी स्कूि डायरी सार् िाएं। स्कूि की वदी सिी ददनों और स्कूि के सिी कायों के
भिए पहनी जानी है । माता-प्रपता को दे खना चादहए कक उनका बच्चा स्कूि के बाहर या अन्य जर्हों पर वदी नहीं
पहनता है ।

3. Boys’ hair should be neat and uniformly trimmed. Fancy hair-cuts are not allowed. Girls with long hair
should be in two plaits. (upto Std. VIII) and in single plait (Classes IX).

िड़कों के बाि साफ-सुर्रे और समान रूप से किे होने चादहए। फैंसी बाि किवाने की अनुमनत नहीं है ।
िम्बे बािोंवािी िडककया दो चोदियोंमे होनी चादहए (आंठवी कक्षा तक ) और नवप्रव कक्षा की िडककया
एक चोिी में होनी चादहए ।

4. The school is not responsible for students losing money or articles. Students are not allowed to bring
money without the permission of the teacher or without any information from the office.

छात्रों के पैसे या चीजवस्तु खोने के भिए स्कूि जजम्मेवार नहीं है । छात्रों को भर्क्षक की अनम
ु नत के बबना या
कायातिय से ककसी िी जानकारी के बबना पैसे िाने की अनम
ु नत नहीं है ।

5. Boys (students) are forbidden to wear any type of jewellery (rings, ear-rings etc).

िड़कों (छात्रों) को ककसी िी िकार के आिष

ू ी, कान की बािी आदद) पहनने की मनाई है ।

6. Girl (students) should not wear ornaments, not allowed to use nail polish, kajal, mehendi, make-up or
grow long nails.

िड़की (छात्रों) को आिष

ू ण नहीं पहनना चादहए, नेि पॉभिर्, काजि का उपयोर् करने की और मेहंदी मेकअप या
िम्बे नाखन
ू उर्ाने की अनम
ु नत नहीं है ।

7. The school will not be responsible in any way, if students are going to their friends’ house or restaurants
for birthday parties, etc. directly from school, parents are solely responsible for the same. Even if they
have parents’ permission, please see that they are not wearing school uniforms.

स्कूि ककसी िी तरह से जजम्मेवार नहीं होर्ा, अर्र छात्र सीधे स्कूि से अपने दोस्तों के घर या जन्मददन पादित यों
आदद के भिए रे स्तरां जा रहे हैं, तो इसके भिए माता-प्रपता परू ी तरह जजम्मेदार हैं। ििे ही उनके पास माता-प्रपता
की अनम
ु नत हो, कृपया दे खें कक उन्होंने स्कूि यनू नफॉमत नहीं पहनी है ।

8. Electronic gadgets like calculators, I-pods, CD players, mobile phones and smart watches etc., should not
be brought to school. If found it will be confiscated and it will not be returned.

े जैसे कैिकुिेिर, आई-पॉड, सीडी प्िेयर, मोबाइि फोन और स्माित घडड़यां आदद स्कूि नहीं िानी
चादहए अर्र भमिी तो उसे जप्त कर भिया जाएर्ा. पाए जाने पर उसे जप्त कर भिया जाएर्ा और वापस नहीं
ककया जाएर्ा।

9. Students are warned about use of abusive and obscene language against teachers and students. This is a
criminal activity and will be considered as a serious offence. The school will take immediate action
including suspension or dismissal.

छात्रों को भर्क्षकों और छात्रों के खखिाफ अिद्र और अश्िीि िाषा के ियोर् के बारे में चेतावनी दी जाती है । यह
एक आपराचधक र्नतप्रवचध है और इसे एक र्ंिीर अपराध माना जाएर्ा। स्कूि ननिंबन सदहत तत्काि कारत वाई
करे र्ा ।

10. No parents should send any unauthorized persons to pick up the students without any proper documents
(Photocopy of Aadhaar Card) and written application. Kindly follow the protocol in order to be
accountable for every student under our care.

ककसी िी माता-प्रपता को बबना ककसी उचचत दस्तावेज (आधार काडत की फोिोकॉपी) और भिखखत आवेदन के सार्
छात्रों को िेने के भिए ककसी िी अनचधकृत व्यजक्ट्त को नहीं िेजना चादहए। हमारे तहत ननचे ददए र्ए ननयमों का
पािन करना हर छात्र की जजम्मेवारी है ।

11. Students are strictly warned about watching violent TV programmes and playing video games on smart
phones that leads to the level of violence and explicit graphic content which has potentially threatening
effect on the impressionable, negative bearing on the minds of the children.

छात्रों को दहंसक िीवी कायतक्रम दे खने और स्माित फोन पर वीडडयो र्ेम खेिने के बारे में सख्ती से चेतावनी दी
जाती है जो दहंसा और स्पटि ग्राकफक सामग्री के स्तर की ओर िे जाती है जजसका बच्चों के ददमार् पर
नकारात्मक ििाव, संिाप्रवत रूप से खतरनाक ििाव पड़ता है ।

12. Students involved in fights and those found bunking classes will be suspended.

झर्ड़ों में र्ाभमि छात्रों और कक्षाओं में न पाए जाने वािों को ननिंबबत कर ददया जाएर्ा।

13. Students attending tuition classes after the school should know the VALUE of the school. Students are to
follow the teachings of the school and steps and problem-solving skills taught in the school. If any child
is found telling - this is taught in the tuition class, and bring only tuition notes, that child will be kept
outside the class immediately including suspension.

स्कूि के बाद ट्यर्

ू न कक्षाओं में िार् िेने वािे छात्रों को स्कूि का मल्
ू य पता होना चादहए। छात्रों को स्कूि की
भर्क्षाओं और स्कूि में भसखाए र्ए कदमों और समस्या ननवारण कौर्ि का पािन करना है । यदद कोई बच्चा
बोिता हुआ पाया जाता है - यह ट्यर् ू न क्ट्िास में पढ़ाया जाता है , और केवि ट्यर्
ू न नोट्स िेकर आता है , तो
उस बच्चे को ननिंबन सदहत तरु ं त कक्षा से बाहर रखा जाएर्ा।

14. Any student coming late for three days will be sent back home.

तीन ददन की दे री से आने वािे ककसी िी छात्र को घर वापस िेज ददया जाएर्ा।

15. No child will be allowed to write any competitive exam conducted in the school without attending the
school.

ककसी िी बच्चे को प्रवद्यािय में आयोजजत होने वािी ककसी िी िनतयोर्ीता परीक्षा पाठर्ािा में प्रवना उपजस्तचर्
के अनम
ु नत नहीं दी जाएर्ी ।

16. Students found destroying the property of the school, indulging in writing or scratching on the Desks,
chairs, washroom walls, veranda walls and doors, the offender must pay/remit for the damage and a
month suspension from the school with immediate effect. In case no one admits or owns-up, the whole
class / school will be fined according to the intensity of the damage.

छात्र स्कूि की संपप्रर्त् को नटि करते हुए, डेस्क, कुभसतयों, वॉर्रूम की दीवारों, बरामदे की दीवारों और दरवाजों पर
भिखने या खरोंचने में भिप्त पाए जाते हैं, तो अपराधी को तत्काि ििाव से स्कूि से एक महीने के ननिंबन और
क्षनत के भिए िर्
ु तान करना होर्ा। यदद कोई स्वीकार नहीं करता है या स्वाभमत्व नहीं िेता है , तो क्षनत की तीव्रता
के अनस
ु ार परू ी कक्षा/प्रवद्यािय पर जुमातना िर्ाया जाएर्ा।

17. A complaint received about any student giving bad-words, indulging in indecent gestures and disturbing
the class all the time, will be given school leaving certificate.

ककसी िी छात्र द्वारा अिद्र र्ब्द दे ने, अिद्र इर्ारों में भिप्त होने और हर समय कक्षा को परे र्ान करने के बारे में
िाप्त भर्कायत को स्कूि छोड़ने का िमाण पत्र ददया जाएर्ा।

18. Parents and students should comply with the requirements and regulations of the school.

माता-प्रपता और छात्रों को स्कूि की आवश्यकताओं और ननयमों का पािन करना चादहए।

Dear parents – every child is good and right from your view point or in your eyes. Your children are not just
your children alone but OUR CHILDREN too therefore you have entrusted your children to the care of FSE
(management and teachers). So, allow the school to function with authority and freedom. We assure you that
you will feel proud of your children for being educated in Fransalian School of Excellence.

प्रिय माता-प्रपता - आपके दृजटिकोण से या आपकी नजर में हर बच्चा अच्छा और सही है । आपके बच्चे न
केवि आपके बच्चे हैं बजल्क हमारे बच्चे िी हैं इसभिए आपने अपने बच्चों को एफएसई (िबंधन और
भर्क्षक) की दे खिाि के भिए सौंप ददया है । इसभिए, स्कूि को अचधकार और स्वतंत्रता के सार् काम करने
दें । हम आपको प्रवश्वास ददिाते हैं कक फ्ांसेभियन स्कूि ऑफ एक्ट्सीिें स में भर्क्षक्षत होने पर आप अपने
बच्चों पर र्वत महसूस करें र्े।
