PROJECT CHARTER

Project Name- Study on Perception of people about EVs in urban


Nagpur

Project Sponsor- Self sponsored

Rationale for project- To find out and gain new insights into the
perception and views of people about EVs

Objectives- To help in better, improved and customized production of


EVs as per customer expectations.

Deliverables- To get to know the following:


I. Insights into consumer thought process
II. Improvement areas
III. What clicks with the customer while buying an EV

Constraints- Sample size is limited to the urban area of Nagpur

Assumptions- People/households in urban Nagpur are aware about


EVs in the market.

Risks- Following can be the risk:


I. Respondents are not willing to respond
II. Respondents do not give honest replies

PERFORMANCE as a constrain because the survey regarding the


perceptions has to be accurate enough to extract relevant and useful
findings/results.
TIME to be enhanced because the deadline is till February-March so it
should be completed in time so that there’s enough time to recheck
everything.
COST in accept because we do not have any budget requirements as
such and hence a little cost which arises can be managed.
