    PROBLEM FOR HELP FILE ON WINDOWS 7

    How to fix help file (.hlp) reading on Windows 7?

    Problem occurs
    The possibilities to used help file (.hlp) on Windows 7 and higher aren’t integrated by
    Microsoft. Help file can’t be reading by users.

    Procedure
    Procedure to fix the problem:
    1. Close PHASES.
    2. Search on Google: “Windows Help Program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows 7” on
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download web site.
    3. Get & Save the Microsoft patch.
    4. Execute it as Administrator.
