    Reflective paper 2 (1300 words, due midnight, week 8, Friday)

    There are many changes taking place in the world today such as automation, artificial
    intelligence, demographic movements, global warming, urbanisation, economic and political
    shifts. These changes can have a considerable impact on the workplace of the future. These
    changes are also described in the report, ‘The Future of the Workforce : the competing forces
    shaping 2030’

    You are to write an essay exploring some of the changes and its potential impact on the future
    workplace. You are also to discuss what organizations can do to improve or maintain
    employee engagement in the future workplace
