Dear Parents,

Greetings from the GNS family!!

This is with reference to our circular dated 18th November, 2022 regarding Annual Sports Meet – Ameya 2022-23.

Kindly make note of the important points:

 Students are requested to wear regular school uniform on Thursday, 24th November 2022 and keep the sports
uniform ready for 26th November 2022.
 25th November, 2022 is a holiday for the students of Grades 5 to 10. Only the council members taking part in
various events on 25th November 2022 must be present in the morning.
 Regular bus routes will ply 10 minutes prior on 26th November 2022. Walkers must reach school by 7:30AM
sharp. They will be taken to the venue by school bus.
 The students will go back with their parents on 26th November 2022 only after the entire programme is over.
No early pick up will be allowed.
 Kindly send enough snacks and water with your ward.
 No ID cards to be worn. Please send your ward in sports uniform on 26th November(Beige colour track pants,
House colour t-shirt and clean white sports shoes)
 Also note that as per the diary note sent with regard to their sports uniform (Taekwondo, Aerobics & Viking
clubs), kindly make sure the same is worn as informed.
 Let your ward rest at home if he/she is unwell.
 No parents will be allowed to meet or give any refreshments to their ward during the events.
 Parents are requested to be seated by 8:45AM. The programme will start at 9:00AM sharp.
 Refreshments will be sold at the venue for parents.
 Location and parking instructions will be shared shortly along with the invitation.
