INTRODUCTION – What is the product about? What are its features?

Mang Inasal Philippines, Inc., also known as Mang Inasal, (Hiligaynon for "Mr.

Barbecue") is a barbecue fast food restaurant chain in the Philippines, established in

Iloilo City in 2003. Edgar Sia is the first owner of Mang Inasal and he dropped out

college to set up this restaurant. And in 2012 he sold Mang Inasal to Jollibee.

Mang Inasal’s authentic fusion of traditional Filipino cuisine with the dine-in

concept. Famous for its native-style and “nuot-sarap” Chicken Inasal with its pioneering

“unlimited rice”, Mang Inasal quickly won the hearts of its customers with its distinctively

Pinoy stamp-grilling and special marinade made out of local secret spices.

Mang Inasal is recognized as the leading Chicken Inasal in the branded eat-out

category in the Philippines. Mang Inasal now boasts of over 500 Stores in the
Philippines. The Department of Trade and Industry and the Philippine Franchise

Association recognized Mang Inasal as a Hall of Fame Awardee as Outstanding Filipino

Franchising in the Food and Large-Scale Category. Mang Inasal has a simple but very

tasty menu for all Filipinos to enjoy. They have delicious pork, Bangus Sisig, Bangus

Inihaw, and plenty more for you to choose from. And because of the popularity and

deliciousness of the food here, famous actresses like Angel Locsin and Coco Martin

have become endorsers.

Today, Mang Inasal is the leading Pinoy branded outlet in the country, with its

REVIEW – How does the product compare with its counterpart or other brands?

The primary reason for Mang Inasal’s success is its wide array of Filipino comfort

food, especially Chicken Inasal - with its distinct taste that Pinoys have grown and

continue to love Mang Inasal, compared to other food products and services, such as

KFC, Greenwich, McDonalds, etc, are more of a Filipino Style restaurant as its menu

contains high quality original Filipino dishes. In addition, its servings have a good

amount and it also offers unlimited rice.

Compared to other restaurants, this restaurant is often crowded inside and

sometimes it is difficult to find a seat, you can immediately see right here that Mang

Inasal Restaurant is affordable and very tasty. Because of the deliciousness of the
menus here and also because of the unlimited rice, many foreign vloggers shared their

food experience in Mang Inasal to social media.

RECOMMENDATION – Will you recommend the consumers to purchase the item? Why

or why not?

Valibia: I would recommend Mang Inasal to other consumers especially to people who

is love Filipino Style cooking. And the serving is very good and fast.

Evalaroza: I would happily recommend this food service to other consumers because of

its delicious meals and huge number of servings. You’ll sure be solved after eating in

this restaurant.

Meriado: I would cheerily recommend this restaurant because apart from the affordable

and delightful menu, the staff's service is very good.

Alaman: I recommend this restaurant with pleasure, for the reason that apart from

unlimited rice, they also have unlimited soup. And it's very comfortable to eat here

because just like the traditional boodle fight or feast that we Filipinos do, you are free to

not use utensils. I also recommend their chicken oil which has a unique and delicious

taste that can be put into rice, because of this you will really love unlimited rice.
