1)What is property law?
Property is anything (items or attributes/tangible or intangible) that can be owned by a person or
entity. Property is the most complete right to something; the owner can possess, use, transfer or
dispose of it.
2) What is the principle of numerus clausus?

The way in which these rights can be created, transferred or
destroyed
3) What is the principle of transparency and the role it plays in Property Law?

Two aspects
 Specificity
 Publicity

Property rights are absolute (erga omnes); property rights are enforceable against third parties.
Personal rights are relative (inter partes); personal rights result from a legal relationship between two
(specific) persons; personal rights are enforceable only against parties to the particular legal
relationships.
