Instructions:

Ch 4, sl st in first ch to form ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 3, work 19 dc in center of ring, join with sl st in 3rd ch of beg ch 3. (20 dc's)

Rnd 2: Ch 4 (counts as first dc and ch 1), *dc in next st, ch 1*, rep from * to* around. Join with
sl to 3rd ch of beg ch 4.(20 dc's and 20 ch 1 sps).

Rnd 3: Sl st in next ch 1 sp, ch 1, sc in same sp, *ch 3, sc in next ch 3 sp*, rep from * to *
around. Join with sl st in first sc. (20 ch-3 loops)

Rnd 4: Sl st in next ch 3 loop, ch 1, sc in same loop, *ch 3, sc in next ch 1 sp*, rep from * to *
