Cloud Associates - CA is a 100% nationally owned business entity operating in an around Lae City,
Morobe Province, PNG. It was incorporated and registered with Investment Promotion Authority (IPA)
by the Registrar of Business Names, under the Business Names Act 1975 on the 26th of April, 2022
with the Business Registration No: 6-326407

The need to assist Small to Medium Enterprenures (SMEs) and/or owners provide our professional
services in Accounting, Taxation and Business Advisory Services has prompted us to register this
business and watch out for them. We aim to provide our services at an affordable price to our clients
in return we establish good business relationships as a result we creat job opportunities for
unemployed school drop-outs for an income to sustain their living standards whilst paying tax to the
Government.

2. BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT

The business started off from humble beginnings assisting friends who already are in business on an
had-hoc basis providing their book keeping services and preparing their GST schedules & returns back
in 2015. We saw their business become successful. Today, alot more of this businessmen created a
conducive network for us indirectly marketing our services to other fellow businessmen. We now have
more over 20 Clients in 2022 and therefore we find ourselves capable of assisting more SME owners
getting rid of their Income Tax Returns, GST & SWT whilst preparing their financial statements and
giving them advise on sound financial management and business operations.

Our Team of Professional Accountants & Legal Representative operate in the cloud and/or online with
a physical help desk located here in Lae City, Section: 386, Lot: 08 at Malahang Industrial Centre. We
have 3 CPA Qualified Accountants who represent the 3 Regions namely; MOMASE, NIUGINI ISLANDS
& HIGHLANDS Region communicating and exchanging vital financial & accounting and taxation
information online with the help of the physical helpdesk operator.

12.0 BUSINESS PLAN CONCLUSION

The business plan for Cloud Associates will be effective on the month of January 2022. The above
business plan only captures the overview status of the revenue within the period of January to
December 2022.

It is envisaged that the rates for our professional services fees is estimated at K7,775.00 in the 01 st
Quarter however increased by 25% in the 02nd Quarter onwards in the 03rd & Final (04th) Quarter. A

total turnover of K44,827.74 per annum is estimated to bring the services to value in the period
ending. There is room for more income to be generated in the following year onwards.

However, the business has a high probability of success for the next five years’ period and beyond.
The business will also produce a Data Base System to correlate the different activities that will be
carried out by the business in order to monitor the Cash Flow activities.

The business will be self-reliant/sustaining after six-6 months of operation. It is self-auditing after
every 6 months, and requesting for external auditing after every 24 months. It is to maintain a clean
and clear record of the financial management in the business for transparency, its good business
reputation and meanwhile to avoid mismanagement.
