Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:
12 tomatillos + 1 ½ jalapeños, halved, stemmed, seeded and ribs removed
2 garlic cloves + ½ small white onion quartered
1/2 cup loosely packed chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons of Pines WheatGrass (or any Pines Greens powder variety)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash & peel tomatillos. Cut in half & roast in foil-lined pan with
garlic cloves, jalapeno slices & onion quarters in 400 degree
oven, till the tomatillos are charred and onions are soft.
Remove & cool. Scrape tomatillo mixture into a food processor
along with WheatGrass. Add salt, pepper & chopped cilantro to taste.
