Project Title PangkabuHYGIENE Para Kina Ate't Kuya: Distributing Health

Kits Program for CIT-U's Security Guards and Cleaning Personnel
1. To promote and raise awareness in regard to good health and
hygiene for the security guards who are in constant contact with
people, and for the cleaning personnel who are more prone to
germs and viruses due to their work
2. To ensure the security of Cebu Institute of Technology – University
Objectives security guards and cleaning personnel and act as their defense
against the symptoms of an infectious diseases such as SARS -
CoV-2.
3. To provide basic health kits for the security guards and cleaning
personnel of Cebu Institute of Technology – University
4. To decrease the health risk factors and promote health awareness
in these vulnerable times
Clinical safety and hygiene play a vital role in every institutional
conduct. While students are naturally concerned about their health
and well-being, it is only imperative that those who are busy enough
monitoring school grounds should be catered to with brief health kits.
This project goes with the title, PangkabuHYGIENE Para ki Ate't
Kuya: Distributing Health Kits Program for CIT-U's Guards
Rationale and Cleaning Personnel. It seeks to provide assistance to security
guards and cleaning personnel with their daily and on-duty hygienic
needs as the quality of service that they offer usually depends on how
safe and secure they feel. This will help with comfort felt during
acquaintances among students and staff. Furthermore, this will also
advance the integrity of the school premise in terms of overall safety
protocol.

Program Content
Part 1: Planning and collection of funds
This part of the project is where the members of the group will have a
meet and decide on what to be the content of the health kits that will
be donated to CIT-U. This time will also be the collection of funds
from each member to be used to purchase the content for the health
kits.

Mechanics/Details Part 2: Canvassing and buying

 This part of the project will be the done by the canvassers and the
finance to canvass for the items that will be in the health kits. After
canvassing for the affordable items, purchasing of items will follow.

Part 3: Packing of Health Kits

This part will be done by the packing group, they will follow a list of
items that will be pack inside the health kits.

Part 4: Turnover of health kits to CIT-U

This part is where the group members will turn over the health kits
produced to the CIT-U to be distributed to the security guards and
cleaning personnel of the institution.

Health Kits will contain:

 Toothbrush
 Toothpaste
 Soap
 Face towel
 Alcohol
 Mask
 Tissue

All these items will be placed in a pouch or a bag.
