Please find enclosed the Acceptance and perfection of title and trust indenture to which you have been
named the trustee. As a result, I now own the debt making me both the creditor and the debtor
effectively collapsing the trust.

Also find the perfected Title endorsed “Surrendered for Collections” charging your non-discretionary
administrative duty to close and settle the trust for the remedy of the true heir.

Thirdly, please find my Notice of Surrender whereby the estate of MICHAEL SCHMIDT and all other
derivatives thereof have been surrendered for collections to facilitate the merger of the estate into the
original estate.

Please take notice that your failure to close and settle the account shall be a breach of fiduciary duty.
Any further communications, other than a communication confirming settlement of the debt, and/or
attempts to collect the debt upon breach of trust shall constitute a war crime and fraud giving rise to an
official complaint being filed with the Postmaster General for use of the U S Mail to commit fraud and/or
