TROPICAL PENTHOUSE
NATURAL LANDSCAPE
Vietnam is a country rich in biodiversity and natural
splendor.
Saigon, Vietnam's northern terrain is mostly
mountainous or hilly, with some highland areas
covered by a thick green blanket of jungle (about half
the total land area). The Red River Delta and coastal
plains in the lowland part of the North are heavily
populated and intensively cultivated.
Vietnam’s vegetation is rich and diversified, reflecting
the country’s great range of climate, topography, and
soils and the varying effects of human habitation.

CLIMATIC CONDITION
Saigon, Vietnam has both a tropical climate zone and a
temperate climate zone, with all of the country
experiencing the effects of the annual monsoon.
Rainy seasons correspond to monsoon circulations,
which bring heavy rainfall in the north and south from
May to October, and in the central regions from
September to January. In the northern regions, average
temperatures range from 22–27.5°C in summer to 15–
20°C in winter, while the southern areas have a
narrower range of 28– 29°C in summer to 26–
27°C in winter.

ABOUT
➢ Concept for bangalore, india-based bar ‘big brewsky ’ is
focused around a single word: curiosity. from the street,
the space looks more like a fortress then a social
gathering place, but that’ s kind of the point with a
palette of exposed brick and concrete, one is only given
a single clue — the sign — the rest is imagination.
➢ The plan is sub-divided into two large blocks, connected
via a courtyard and elevated walkway as visitors and
beer-lovers enter, they catch small glimpses of what lies
in the back yard.
➢ On further exploration, they walk smack into the center
of the main plaza, from which they become completely
immersed in the massive, open gathering space.
➢ All functions; restaurant, bar, and club all overlook the
open area and pond, which glows a ethereal green at
night. the essence of the building is further by subtle use
of interior elements like furniture, curated artifacts, and
lighting.
NATURAL LANDSCAPE
Bangalore has two unique Topography terrains—North
Bangalore taluk and the South Bangalore taluk. The
North Bangalore taluk is a relatively more level plateau
and the middle of the taluk has a prominent ridge. The
highest point in the city, Doddabettahalli, (962m) is on
this ridge.
There are gentle slopes and valleys on either side of
this ridge. The low-lying area is marked by a series of
water tanks varying in size from a small pond to those
of considerable extent, but all fairly shallow.
Vegetation in the city is primarily in the form of large
deciduous canopy and minority coconut trees. The
vegetation of Bangalore was classified as dry deciduous
forest-type.

Due to its elevation, Bangalore enjoys a pleasant and
equable climate throughout the year.
