understanding, data preparation and data modeling.

In behavior understanding phase, we shall be able to interpret and identify common customer
information. For example, customer name, email address, phone number, job title, and linked
organizations.

On the second phase, data preparation shall be done. This is done by performing data
collection of the identified customer information from the first phase. Data can be collected
through extraction of required data from either primary or secondary data sources. However,
the extracted data should be imputed using preprocessing methods before it can be used for
exploratory data analysis and modelling.

At the end, use the prepared data on the last stage of modelling can be executed by
thoroughly exploring the data and make a model by visualizing the preprocessed data using
visualization tools such as PowerBI.
