B. ANALYSIS

CONCEPTS: BUSINESS GOAL

• VISION – a vision statement is a clear, definitive


statement of what the world will look like once you
accomplished your mission. It focuses on tomorrow and
what an organization wants to ultimately become.

• MISSION – a mission statement is a declaration of what a


company do everyday. It focuses on today and what an
organization does to achieve it.
• OBJECTIVES – must be specific than the vision and
mission statement. They should be SMART ,
specific, measurable, achievable realistic and
time-bounded.

• KEY RESULT AREAS – these performance


indicators serve as the inspirational scorecard of
the enterprise managers and the motivational
results of the investors.

C. ABSTRACTION

The business goals show the future and long-term


prospect of the enterprise. It is composed of the vision,
mission, objectives, key result areas, and performance
indicators of the enterprise. Objectives must be more
specific than the vision and mission statements. They should
be S.M.A.R.T. – smart, measurable, achievable, realistic and
time-bound
