2. In relation to a case of rape that transpired on or about 12: 15 midnight of January 10,2019 at P-2
Jampason Initao Misamis Oriental, involving victim, Daylin Fortaliza Arsim, female, single,22 years
old, Criminology student of Initao College; and suspect Roy Jamaca Pondias 26 years of old, College
student and presently residing at Pagahan Initao Misamis Oriental.

3.On January 10,2019, result of the Genital examination conducted by PNP Crime Laboratory Office,
Camp Evangelista, Patag, Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental yielded positive result for Rape.
Further, it also yielded presence of semen conclusive of sexual intercourse.

4.On January 11,2019, a criminal complaint for Rape under Art 266 paragraph as amended by RA
8353- Anti Rape law 1976 was referred against suspect for inquest proceedings at the Office of the
Prosecutor, Cagayan Docketed under INQ-INC-123456.Said suspect were temporarily detained at
the custodial facility of Initao Police Station (PS-4) while waiting for the release of the Inquest
Resolution.
