List of Anti Cancer Drugs 3 August 2015 FINAL - PDF 62412275
This supporting document sets out a list of drugs expected to be covered during core clinical
oncology training and which may be included in the clinical pharmacology module of the
First FRCR examination. It is anticipated that this will be reviewed regularly to ensure current
practice is reflected.
List A contains drugs from all the major classes. Trainees are expected to demonstrate their
knowledge of these drugs in terms of their indications, and all aspects of these drugs as
defined in Appendix 2 of the specialty training curriculum - “Underpinning Scientific
Principles” (Appendix 2, sections 2.1-2.5 and 2.7).
List B drugs will not be examined in the First FRCR Examination but may feature in the Final
FRCR Examination as defined in Appendix 1 of the curriculum.
This version will apply to examinations held from Autumn 2016 until a further version is
published.
