ETHICS

1.) What is ethics?


Ethics is a system of moral principles they affect how people make decisions and lead their lives.
It is concerned with what is good for individuals and society and also described as moral
philosophy.
The term is derived from the Greek word "ethos" which mean custom, habit, character or
disposition.

2.) What are some ethical issues in the workplace?


Discrimination and Harassment in the workplace, Toxic workplace culture, and Unethical
leadership are some of the ethical issues happened in the workplace.

3.) How can we be an ethical person?


To be an ethical person it means having traits such as integrity, honesty and trying to do the right
thing, living one's values and showing concern for others and for the society.

4.) Why do we have to study ethics?


We have to study ethics because it helps a person to look at his own life critically and to evaluate
his/her actions,choices, and decisions. It helps a person to determine what is good or evil.

5). Is it necessary to study ethics?


It is necessary to study ethics because it lead one to develop skills in articulating your own
values, to provide others with reasons for your actions and give you the means of questioning the
values of others.
