Google Project Provisioning

Step 1. Open a web browser and navigate to Console.cloud.google.com.

Step 2. Log in with the enterprise account or Google account you want to use.

Step 3. Select Project and create a New Project.

Step 4. On the New Project provide the project name and the organization.

Step 5. Click Create.

Step 6. Navigate to https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/5c705d899adf412692d74e0b2f16e810 in order to
submit your project for Cisco provisioning.

Note: This is just an example; in this lab you do not need to fill in the form and submit it.

Step 7. When your project is provisioned, a Cisco Project is created, and all the needed APIs are enabled in
project. Following are the minimum APIs that are enabled:

• Dialogflow API.
• Cloud Speech-to-Text API
• Cloud Text-to-Speech API
• Cloud Natural Language API

Step 8. Cisco provides a service account that you need to add to your project. Using the project you created,
navigate to Google Cloud Platform settings and select IAM & Admin and then IAM.

Step 9. On the IAM page, click on Add.

Step 10. Add the following details.

New Principals: “Name of the Cisco Service Account”.


Note: Use ciscolabuser1@gmail.com in this lab.
Role: Dialogflow API Admin

Step 11. Click Save.

Ordering CCAI Hybrid Service

Step 1. Product Ordering – CCW – Create an estimate.

1. Navigate to CCW page: https://apps.cisco.com/Commerce/home.


2. On CCW, select Estimates and Create Estimate.

3. In the search field add A-Flex-CC and Click Add.

4. Edit the estimate. Click Edit Options.

5. On Edit Options, select Additional Options, then, click Yes in response to the question “Would you like
to purchase Flex Contact Center AI….?”
6. On the Plan Options, select Usage Based Price.

Note: Fixed Price is for Government and requires Contact Center business unit approval.

7. In the column on the right-hand side, click summary and unhide included items. You see the CCAI license
added (A-FLEX-G-C-ENT)

8. Click Verify and Save.

9. Click Save and Continue.

Step 2. When the estimate is created, the partner shares it with the Account Manager.
Step 3. The Account team reviews and approves the order.
Step 4. The partner gets notification that the order has been approved.
Step 5. Then the partner books the order.
Step 6. The order goes on hold for the A2Q process.
Step 7. The A2Q team approves it and removes the hold prior to the request start day. The request start day
is then locked, and a provisioning email is sent on the request start day.

If this request start day has already passed, the email is automatically generated.
Note: If the contact specified in CCW is not the person provisioning the tenant, the new provisioning contact
can be provided by the original provisioning contact.

Step 8. Email is received by the partner or the provisioning contact.

Step 9. Click Setup your service to continue with the provisioning. Select the option to start.

Step 10. Depending on who is setting up the service, select the correct option and click Next.

Step 11. You see the identification of the partner organization and if it is correct, click Next.

Step 12. Enter the Customer Admin email address. If the customer has an existing org, please provide valid
customer admin email address (full-admin rights).

Step 13. If the customer does not have an org, provide the information requested. Both screens will appear
only if the customer Org is new to Control Hub. Click Next after finishing.

Note: The email provided should be a customer admin user with full admin role. The cjp-ccai entitlement is
automatically assigned to the customer admin email. In order to provision CCAI on Control Hub, the
customer user must have full admin role and cjp-ccai entitlement in the org and be the owner of the GCP
project.

Step 14. Validate the partner and customer org mapping and click Next.

Caution: This is point of no return, please validate Customer and Partner Org Info before clicking Next.

Step 15. Org provisioning is completed. Click Next.
