Pizza Puzzle

I. PROBLEM
 Lack of decision making
 Poor product quality
II. OBJECTIVES
 Identify the right and effective decision-making of promoting a
new food product of the Inn.
 To increase the sales of Pizza in Agusta Marigold Inn.
 To analyze and implement the right strategy that helps to boost
the company’s new tactic.
III. AREAS OF CONSIDERATION
 Sharon improved the Inn’s pizza until blind taste tests judged it
at least equal in quality to the products of the two major pizza
delivery competitors in Augusta.
 Sharon presented a proposal to George that the traditional
steak and seafood restaurant at the inn could make a high-
quality, authentic pizza.
 The image of the restaurant is a factor because it is an inn that
has many travelers to stay and store wherein customers are
expected to eat.

IV. ALTERNATIVE COURSE OF ACTION


ACA1. Make an advertisement to promote their product through free
taste and improve the package and the taste of the product.

ACA2. Yes, George will accept the proposal.


No, George will accept the proposal of Sharon and he will make
a better course of action.

V. RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend ACA 1
ACA 1: Through the advertisement, the product will be promoted to
their guests and customers who want to avail pizzas. it will increase
the sales.
Improving the package of the product to make it more attractive to
customers and improving the taste of the product by offering different
flavors that suit or are liked by the customer. Improved the quality of
the product based on the tastes and preferences of their customers to
increase their sales.
VI. PLAN OF ACTION
 The business conducts a survey of its target market.
 Conduct an Analysis (SWOT) toward their competitors.

VII. POTENTIAL PROBLEM


 The company making advertisements using brochures,
customers or even new personnel will result in additional
expenses of Augusta Marigold Inn. It is also time-consuming in
layouting the brochures, design of costumes, and others.

VIII. CONTINGENT PLAN OF ACTION


 One of the most important priority decisions that have to be
taken by the promotional strategy on how to gain more profits
and to satisfy the customers. By conducting a competitor
analysis, it helps the company produces a unique value
proposition and what makes the product different from
competitors.
