reasonable actions that seem easier to be realistically achieved in a set period of time. You can
set particular objective in defined timelines through the work day.

1. Using Management-by-objectives Approach for goal setting – this approach allows the
manager and employees to set mutually agreed upon goals for upcoming performance

evidence to boosting their motivation and productivity at work.
2. Conducting one-to-one meetings and continuous feedback – Personalised meetings on a
periodic timeline allows the manager to understand the real problems in a better manner.
Moreover, giving continuous feedback enables the employee to improve his/her work
performance.
3. Peer mentoring program – A voluntary mentorship program can allow the organization to
develop its employees effectively. Mentors serve as role models in organizations who have
the tendency to develop, inspire and lead employees towards goal attainment.
