Installation and Using notice

1.Prepare proper voltage stabilizer in advance. Make sure no other machine connected to this

stabilizer.

Single head: 3KW-5KW Double head: 5KW-7.5KW

2.Please connect the ground wire to prevent static electricity.

3.Before installation, please read the manual book and videos carefully. Avoid installing

without any preparation of installation knowledge.

4.If you don’t have experience with this printer, we suggest you find a professional engineer to

help you. It is better for starting printing quickly.

5.Before you install or remove any parts of the machine, pls turn off the machine first. This is

very important.

6.During installation, be careful, there are some protection fixed equipment during delivery.

Make sure all are removed before printing, especially the device in head carriage area.

7.Don’t touch the metal mirror side of head when install print head.

8.Be careful when insert head cables and ink dampers. Make sure the insertion is right and

damper is fixed well without air leakage.

9.Ink damper color sequence on printer should be same with color sequence in software.

10.When installation and using, ink or other liquids can’t touch head cables or the area around

head, will damage the head and boards.

11.After installation, pour ink into ink tank. Make sure the ink is no more than half the ink tank

capacity.

12.When pumping ink, make sure the ink tube is full of ink, and ink continuously flow out from

the waste ink tube to waste ink bottle.

13.It is necessary to remove air in ink tubes and ink dampers.

14.After pumping ink completely, in keyboard---Maintenance---clean nozzle, please auto clean

the head. It is better to clean some more times.

15.After cleaning head, please do nozzle test, and check whether the testing strip is

complete and right color. If the testing strip is not complete, please clean head again, and check

the blade location.

16.Printing work can be started after nozzle test is normal.

17.When load materials, please pay attention to the material thickness.

18.The distance between head and material is 2mm-3mm. Common flex banner, sav materials,

no need to adjust.

19.If your material is too thick, please adjust the head height in advance.

20.Large Format Printer needs to keep printing every day. Regular print jobs can keep print

head in good condition and extend the lifespan of the print head.

21.If no printing jobs, you can print a nozzle test every day to check the head condition. If

testing is ok, then turn off the printer. If testing not OK, then clean nozzle, and nozzle test, till it

is OK.

22.Make sure head carriage back to the original position first, then turn off printer rightly.

23.The pet film of the powder shaker should be placed in a dry place, once it is damp, it

cannot be used. It cannot be used even if it is heated and dried, and the layer will rise

later.

24.The ink must be shaken evenly before use to avoid sediment blocking the print head.
