1. Looking at the triumphs and failures of teachers today, do you think that teaching is still the
noblest profession? Explain your answer.
ANSWER:
Yes, I think that teaching is still the noblest profession because other kinds of
profession like programmers, doctors and etc. cannot be achieve without teaching and without
the teachers. Like they learn those kinds of professions because teachers teach them what they
need to know about it. Like teaching is an ongoing process for others to learn and achieve their
decide track or professions.

2. What forms of advocacies should a teacher participate in the community?

ANSWER:
Since teachers teach, how about helping a community to make their own
incomes or businesses by teaching them the ways on how to become an entreprenuer, like
teaching them on how to make a living in simple and easy ways. Also, teachers are good
advisers, so they can give good advise to anyone who need it.

3. What are the problems and issues related to teachers’ character and behavior that you are
aware of?
ANSWER:
I think teachers problems are being pressured and stressed of the loads of
schoolworks that they needed to be done on time and on schedule. And for the issues related to
the behavior of teachers are like the sudden sensitivity and they easily get mad. But their
behaviors are highly understandable based on their problems about work and including their
family problems, if they have.

4. How can we help develop expert teachers?

ANSWER:
We can help by respecting them, being honest with them, understand what they
are going through, and be a responsible student because they make efforts to achieve their
learning expectations from their students.
