1. What are your thought/s on having a RFID security on your Bicycle?

Admin - Nakaka sure if ever bikes are lost pwede ma trace… with
unique ID or code na di pwede maduplicate ang ng iba.

Rico - maganda nmn po mas safe ang tanod.

2. Will you purchase our device to protect your Bike? And why?
Admin
- Yes, cause obligatory for registration and security for bikes. Like
cars registration. It need for registration, and for purchasing a
bicycle.

3. For you How reliable is product for the safety of your bike?
Admin - At first violet reaction. Maganda for bikes Ang RfiD once a
year lng po. Not much violent reaction for the people for purchasing.

4. Having this kind of security how convenient to you unlike known

security?
Admin - Cause traditional lock. Pag pintol pwede palitan, one time
registration connected sa phone. Like bank account only one user is
allowed sa dami ng theft sa bike Rfid would a lot in the cast of lost or
theft.

Rico - mas ok nmn po sa safety unlike sa normal lock.

5. How safe do you think the product is?
Admin
- Safe in my opinion sure ang user na will not duplicate in attempt f
theft madili ma prove na ownership. I tracking device sa phone
pwede ma track kung asan na lugar.

6. In what ways having this product improve the safety of your bicycle

Admin -sa theft ay mas safe and granted kung saan ang bike in
connect of Trackingyou can prove that you are the owner and the
theft cannot prove the the ownership.

Rico - Improve the product in ways of marketing and explaining the

product.

7. Any advices on how can we can market the product?

Admin - Good side of the security in the dealer, has the promotion
and security wise and in the LGU for the security and registration
and added income.
Rico - Sample of the product for the people who’ll purchase the
product.

8. What are the advantages of having this product for security in

normal security for bikes?

Admin - You can a sure protected ng isang bike. If availed ang bagong
bike mas may assurance na mas safe like cars.
 Rico - Advantage is a lot safer and more security for the owners of
bikes

9. How helpful this product for the people using bicycle for everyday
life?
Admin - Not only the user has assurance of the safety like for the
family sharing location. And where abouts of the bicycle and the
family kung asan ang user.

Rico - It will helpful for a lot of user in their safety.

10.Any advices on how can we develop and improve the product?

Admin - develop need the description of the bicycle in data base, and
all the information of the owner. In case of theft having this security the
owner has the ways to prove ownership

Problems to Solve
It can help the bicycle community in the Philippines a lot specially
in the way tracking a lost bicycle. Also finding the right and low cost
supplier of the RFID stickers is a great deal for us also to the people
who will purchase the product system. The Security level of the
Program is another problem to solve in near future developing the
security level of the prototype would be able by the researchers as we
speak.

“Nowadays, Securing bikes from robbers and preventing unlicensed people from
riding bike is an immense problem for all. Therefore, we established a sheltered
solution for this problematic task. To avoid these tribulations, we proposed a
groundbreaking concept in our project. This system covenant with the design
development of a theft control system for an automobile, which is being used to
prevent the thievery of a vehicle. Our project makes use of an embedded system
based on Global System for Mobile communication (GSM) technology. The designed
& developed system is mounted in the vehicle. An interfacing GSM Module is also
connected to the microcontroller (MSP430), which is connected to the engine. RF
reader senses the License (RFID) information. This information is passed to the
central processing system, RFID tag which contains the details of the driver, can be
used as a security information and then the microcontroller unit sends SMS to the
Vehicle owner. The microcontroller receives the signals from the RFID and it controls
the ignition of the engine. Further, Alcoholic Sensor deducts whether the person has
intoxicated, if the person is found inebriated, sensor deducts and makes
microcontroller unit to limit the ignition system and the engine is locked. The
designed system is very simple & cost is low.”

 Wireless Communication and Management System for E-

Bike Dynamic Inductive Power Transfer (2020)
 “A wireless communication system for automatic identification of e-bikes and
management of their battery charging in the context of dynamic inductive wireless
power transfer (DIWPT) lanes. The proposed system checks if an e-bike, uniquely
identified by its RFID tag, is authorized to receive energy from the lane coils and
acts accordingly. An authentication mechanism was developed based on the use
of embedded Wi-Fi boards attached to the coils and communicating with a central
HTTP server with a MySQL database. The developed management system also
provides other features, such as the recording of the number of lane coils used by
each e-bike for billing purposes. The results from experimental tests on a
laboratory prototype were used to validate the developed functionalities and
assess the quality of service provided by the proposed system.”

“The device is an innovated vehicle security system. It utilizes
an old cellular phone (keypad type) which served as the modem of
the system. It has the feature to initiate a call to the cellular phone of
the vehicle owner whenever there is an intrusion into the vehicle, in
that case, the owner is immediately notified and take preventive
measures against thieves the soonest time.”

“Likewise, the owner can turn off the running engine of the
motorcycle automatically through his/her handheld cellular phone to
save it from hands of the thieves when the latter forcedly take the
vehicle. This research study made use of a project development
method of research in innovating a device. It also used the
descriptive research method, specifically, the evaluative research
design.”

 “Security of one’s property has long been a concern of people
throughout the world. Beyond hiding the objects or constantly
guarding them, the most frequently used option is to secure them with
a device. Today, there are circumstances where security and safety
has been tested whether at home, in the office, or any public or
private places. Reports showed that motorcycle stealing was rampant
and the number of motorcycle accidents in the Philippines were high
as they expose the driver and passenger/s to twice as much risk than
in fourwheel vehicles. Although there have been laws implemented
on motorcycles, accidents have been declared as one of the leading
causes of death in the Philippines. These scenarios prompted the
researchers to develop a device which will secure human lives and
property using Arduino technology in a motorcycle anti-theft and

and budget friendly for our Filipino people. Also its just like a
RFID we are using in Cars yet provided with security and safety
of your bicycles.
One more for unique for our device is that not only a
software in mobile phones nor just a hardware with alarm its
just a simple sticker that is not noticeable for thieves that they
we’re tracked and traced by authorities.
In international uniqueness is that our device is not just a
system that provides safety but a device that you can actually
see and touch.
A wireless system that no need for a Athena or a device to
track just like gps that mostly relay on IoT devices.
