Introduction of Judges and the Criteria for Judging

Before we proceed with the viewing of the contest entries, allow me to introduce our judges. Starting
off with the first judge, our very own CEO and founder, Thomas Derum. Followed by our second judge
for tonight, Outstaffer’s Ninong, co-founder, and Chief Customer Officer, Vikram Mohite. And our last
judge but definitely not the least, Outstaffer’s Finance Officer, Kate Dataylo.

Here are our criteria for judging:

 Technical Ability: 35%

(Timing of Movement/Steps/Vocals, Volume, Intonation, Diction, Delivery, Degree of Difficulty)
 Stage Appearance: 10%
(Appropriate Attire and Personality and Poise)
 Uniqueness of Talent: 25%
(Creativity, Talent ability and Effectiveness)
 Overall Performance: 30%
(Entertainment value)
 Deduction for Time Violations: Minus 5 pts.
(videos that are less than 2 minutes)

For a total score of 100%.
