➢ Every day I will make sure of my presence in team top-5, where we will discuss the top most
important five points within five minutes which include HSC, Quality, KPI, DLE, and PDP or Major
Issues.

➢ Responsible for All Finished-Good Parts BOM Tree-Structure and have to ensure All its BOP,
In-house Parts, Bailments Requirements as like in Bom.
➢ Analyzing & Auditing Bom structure in SAP (System Applications and Products in Data Processing)
with the FG-Parts in Production Line.
➢ Responsible for creating the New FG-Part Bom which includes the Production Version, Rate
Routings (RR) and its Tree-Structure.
➢ Responsible for Maintaining Material Master, need to complete Yearly BOM Audit and to maintain
the documents with data.
As an Associate in Production & Process Engineer, my role is to Analyze, understand, and to forecast
the possibilities of PFM (Process Failure Modes) and to enhance the Best Process and Workflow,
Man-Power Handling, and to Achieve PDP(Production Development Process) against the Customer
Requirement.

➢ Responsible for production as per plan & quality delivery with tools implementation such as FMEA,
Control Plans, Operation Standardized Work.

Process to Avoid Glue Tumor formation which leads to scrap.
➢ Awarded on Analyzed and found the missing BOP part in BOM which was UnAccountability on FIS
BOM.
➢ Awarded and Appreciated on remodified the Production Line Setup with five additional manpower,
increased the FCA MCA IP from 12 to 24 JPH, FCA MCA Bolster from 18 to 30 JPH, FCA MCA SP
from 12 to 24 JPH.
➢ Awarded and Appreciated for successful implementation of utilizing Injection Moulding Machine
(IMM) Shop Stock Rack upper Space area to store Safety Parts, which saves 3000 Sq.Ft Area in
Shop Floor.

Achievement’s :

➢ Implemented to hang two parts in a single huke which saves the cycle time and huke cost by more
than 50%.
➢ Introduced IPA Cleaning Process in SW to Overcome Bubble Issues which do not affect the
Customer.
➢ Implemented to consume Roll-Good by manual Cutting Pattern Process.
➢ Achieved QXI Armrest target from 6 to 8 JPH.
➢ Installed Certified 22 bar capacity Air-Tank to avoid Air Fluctuations in 50T Press Machine which
avoids downtime and Reduced Scrap.
➢ Developed jigs and fixture design for Instrument Panel (IP), Door Panel (DP), Upper Cover and
Center Console (CC) towards scratch, rework and scrap reduction.
