    ASSIGNMENT #2 – SF

    MY REFLECTION

    As what I’ve seen in the video leadership, it talks about the difference between the leader and the
    leadership. And as what I have learn leadership is being able to inspire others, motivate, set a vision,
    communicate, respect others, and of course, led by example. While a leader must have an honest
    understanding of who they are, what they know, and what they are capable of. And also I knew that if
    there is a leader it can influence a group and that’s what we called a leadership.
