ABOUT THE COMPANY
 Rossari Biotech Limited manufactures specialty chemicals, textile, and animal health and
nutritional products.

 The Company offers personal care, soaps, detergents, paints and coatings, and water treatment
chemicals, as well as produces cotton, polyester, acrylic, and other textile specialty products.

 The Company was founded on 10 August 2009, by Mr. Edward Walter Menezes, and Mr.
Sunil Srinivasan Chari

 Most of their products cater to the B2B sector.

 Rossari Biotech plays a leading role in developing alternative green products that enable the
sustainable manufacturing of textiles.

ABOUT THE TOPIC

 My topic is "A study on Effectiveness of Employees Grievance Handling System at


Rossari Biotech Limited”.

 In an organization, employees have complaints against their employers such as dissatisfaction


from the quantum of wages, mode of payment for overtime work, working conditions,
promotion, transfer, dismissal or discharge, poor quality of food in the canteen, etc.

 Grievance has to be properly addressed because it lowers the motivation and performance of
the employee and affects the work environment.

 A virtual help desk that is managed by the HR department is a great way to redress employee
grievances.
OBJECTIVE OF THE TOPIC

 To study the concept of Effectiveness of Employees Grievance Handling System.

 To prepare Employees Grievance Handling System for protection at Rossari Biotech Limited.

 To analyse the issue/problem among employee through Effectiveness of Employees Grievance
