1 Mid-Year Review| Accessing Assessment Form

Upon accessing the SuccessFactor’s home


page/dashboard, proceed to click “Review
Performance“ under the “To-Do“ panel.

Select/click on the “Perform mid-year assessment“ to begin self-assessment.

▪ Upon log-in to
SuccessFactors, please
proceed to the Home
menu
▪ Click “Home” to expand
the menu option
▪ Then scroll down and
select “Objectives”

Ensure the current


objective on-screen
is “FY23 Objective” is
selected

On the Objectives Setting


screen, select the
employee profile to be
Unlocked

Objectives can be revised during


a mid-year review if the Manager
or Supervisor approves this
request.

o “Unlock” - Click on the text that


reads as ”Unlock” on the
objectives page to grant
permission to your staff to
proceed with the edit.

o “Approve” - Click on the text


that reads as ”Approve” once
you have reviewed and
approved the submitted
revision. This will return the
objective to its mid-locked state.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. [EMPLOYEE] Can I amend my objectives during mid-year review?

Yes, if your immediate superior approves of it. Your manager need to unlock your objectives and you
may add/edit/delete your objectives via Objectives page or Performance page directly. Once you have
done, your immediate superior should review it and approve it once again and proceed with mid-year
review.

2. [MANAGER] Can I stop my employee from changing the agreed objectives/KPIs that we
have previously discussed?

Yes, you may move their objectives to Mid-Locked state as previously done by clicking on Approve on
the Objectives page.

We do not encourage changing the targets at mid year review unless the Objective is found no longer
relevant due to business circumstances.
