Reminders for the Orientation:

1. Masterlist- must be posted outside the classroom before opening of
the school year.

2. Schedule – Give time to our students to read, enjoy and answer

their Modular learning. Follow the schedule given to them.

3. Module Distribution and Retrieval Day

* 8:00-9:00 am - Regador/Cabugao
* 9:00-10:00 am - Bugtongbato
* 10:00-11:00 am - San Isidro/Buenavista
* 1:00-2:00 pm - Atazon/Parao
* 2:00-3:00 pm - Naisud Proper/Kalog/Libuton

Note:
*On September 13-17 – September 20, 2021 will be the
Retrieval Day.
*September 20-24 – September 27, 2021 will be the Retrieval
Day.
*Starting September 27, the distribution and retrieval will be
every 2 weeks.

*No Notebooks for this school year, students will answer in the
given/provided ANSWER SHEETS by their subject teachers.

* Remind our students and parents that they need to submit

the module on the given time/date.

*Students should follow the Weekly Home Learning Plan.

*For grade 7 advisers – students will submit the following: NSO

and SF10 from elementary.

*Ask the cellular numbers of the parents/students.

 *Parents must wear face mask, face shield and follow social
distancing. (Fill in first the

*Students are not allowed to enter the school premises.

*For the students concerned about the subject, they must
contact the subject teacher, not the adviser. (Teacher will give
their cellular number to the adviser and facebook account).

*Contact time for teachers for student’s queries about the

module: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm only – Monday-Friday.

*Prepare your attendance sheet/monitoring sheet.

*The school will provide 2 plastic envelopes for each student.
