ORAL ORDER

In all the petitions, the challenge is against

the order dated 17.08.2009 passed by the State
Government, whereby certain courses of Sanitary
Inspector were found as recognised by the
Government.

Mr. UT Mishra, learned counsel for the

petitioner states that similar challenge was brought
to this Court by preferring Special Civil Application
No.9064/09 with allied matters and this Court, vide
order dated 09.10.2009 had directed to consider the
matter once again. He further states that thereafter,
vide order dated 23.10.2009 passed by the State
Government, all courses which are conducted of Health

Sanitary Inspector by deemed University are also

recognised courses for the post in question.

Under these circumstances, as the Government

has already taken decision dated 23.10.2009, which
applies to all such courses conducted by deemed
University, the present petitions can be said as
having become infructuous.

Hence, the disposed of accordingly.
