Why is it important to perform a warm-up routine before starting to play

sports?
The warm-up should gently prepare the body for the
exercises, gradually increasing the heart rate and circulation;
this will loosen the joints and eliminate blood flow to the
muscles. Stretching your muscles prepares them for physical
activity and prevents injury.
warm-up routine
we start by turning the head from side to side as if
we were saying that we don't do it 10 times then
we make the same movement saying yes then
we make 10 semicircles with the head facing
forward we make 10 spirals with the shoulders
and arms and 10 towards the front working very
well the joints we are going to stretch the left and
right lateral muscles staying about 3 seconds on
each side we perform 10 normal squats we
perform 10 normal squats we perform ankle
circulations in and out with both feet finally we
inhale and exhale deeply to fill the body with
oxygen blood and lungs
