PARADIGM?

A paradigm is a multitude of ideas that are programmed in your subconscious mind that you
act on automatically, things you do without any thought.

Understanding your paradigm and deciding to change it could set you free from the constraints
that keep you from realizing your full potential and all the good you desire.

Use this worksheet to help you get clear on what your paradigm is and what you want it to be.

PART ONE: YOUR CURRENT PARADIGM

You cannot upgrade your life and be free until you know what currently governs, shapes, and
directs your thoughts, and ultimately, your behavior and results.

To identify your current paradigms, picture your life and answer the following questions:

1. What characteristics were passed on to you from your mother’s side of the family?

2. What characteristics were passed on to you from your father’s side of the family?

3. In the early part of your life, was your family wealthy, middle class, or poor? Did both of
your parents work?

4. Think about where you are in life—right now. Your work, finances, relationships, health,
family, state of mind. In general, where are you in life?

5. What’s your current income? What’s the most you’ve earned in a year?

6. With the knowledge you presently have, what do you believe you could earn if you gave
your absolute best?

7. What’s the biggest and most exciting goal you’ve ever achieved?

8. Describe your morning routine.

9. Are you genuinely enthusiastic about how you spend your days? If you are not, what
would you rather be doing?

10. Name the six people with whom you spend the most time. If you have or had children,
would you want them to grow up like these six people? Explain why or why not?

PART TWO: YOUR CHOSEN PARADIGM

Review your answers from Part One. Think about how your ideas and beliefs control or limit
the results you’re getting.

Now, write out the ideas and habits (paradigms) you choose to work on to start creating the
results you really want in your life.
