Gedi  plant  (Abelmoschus  manihot  L.),  


Malvaceae  family,  is  an  annual  plant  that  is  
trunked  upright  with  a  height  of  about  1.2  
to  1.8  m.  This  plant  contains  quercetin-­‐3-­‐O-­‐
robinobiosid,  hyperin,  Isoquercetin,  
gossipetin-­‐8-­‐O-­‐glucuronide,  and  myricetin  
(Liu,  2006).  The  antioxidant  activity  with  
DPPH  by  Esty  Dewi  A.  Marahena  Pratama   0.5  
Quarcetin  
(2013)  IC50  values  obtained  12.360  g  /  mL.   0.4

Base  on  these  data  it  is  necessary  to  test  the   0.3   y  =  0.0081x  +  0.1295  
  R²  =  0.98843  
antioxidant  activity  continued  with  FRAP   0.2
