Dear Mr. Salvador,

Good Day! Mr. Salvador Garcia, I hope that this letter finds you well. My name is Kurt Russel
Lopez, and I am writing this letter concerning an unexpected issue I have in the scheduling of
our stay at Autumn Hotel and Resort. Unfortunately, me and my family won’t be able to attend
the date of our coming, which is June 16-21, 2022. If it is possible, we would be grateful if you
could move the date to July 13-18 2022 due to an unavoidable conflict that has arisen.

Please take my request into consideration. Also, if there is any way that we could reschedule
our stay at the hotel, we could talk it over once you’ve received this letter. Thank you for your
time.

Thank you for your letter dated May 20, 2022 making concerns about rescheduling your stay at
Autumn Hotel and Resort. We regret to inform you that the room and date you wish to
reschedule are now unavailable and already booked.

However, I’d like to suggest the smaller room in another building (July 13-18, 2022) as an
alternative.

The amount for the alternative period is 50,000 won.

Dear Mr. Salvador,

This letter is to bring to your notice that we are absolutely disappointed with the service you’ve
provided to us. We hesitantly accepted your offer of lodging since it was the only available room
that you presented to us. But it seems that the room that you accommodated for me and my
family has troubled our stay. Not only that the room is quite compact for us, there is also the
lack of amenities in the lodging, and we expected a 2 double/2 queen room with a rollaway bed
considering that we are a large family.

While I do understand that we requested that you reschedule our stay, but we paid for full services of
the room and expected at the very least a decent service.

Thank you for your feedback and review here at Autumn Hotel and Resort. We sincerely apologize
to hear that your stay at our hotel did not meet your expectations and needs.

In the letter you've sent, you state that your room was small, lacked basic necessities and did not
meet your expectations of 2 queen room with a rollaway bed. We are sorry to have troubled you on
your visit to Autumn Hotel and Resort. Your feedback has motivated us to remind our staff to
research each customer's comfort and needs in their respective lodgings.

In response of your complaint of the room being compact, we did state that the room would be
smaller compared to the original room you reserved. We understand that you paid in full and
expected a better service for your family.

Please accept our most sincere apologies, and we'll be sure to improve what we lacked during your
stay here. We would like to give you this one free dinner reservation and two sauna experience for
your next stay at our hotel.
