About the team:
The journey of JioMedia services began in the formative years of Jio, with the objective of creating
digital platforms to launch products across entertainment and infotainment categories.
Since the inception, the Jio Media team has developed and launched several products like JIOTV,
JIOCINEMA, JIONEWS, JIOTV+ and many more, at an unimaginable scale.
A young, energetic team with an entrepreneurial spirit, that has envisaged and built the future of
digital platforms, ground up, and erected the entire stack.
This covers the complete end-to-end value chain starting from Product, Engineering, Content
Operations, Content Delivery Network and core Infrastructure.
 
Today, the team also works on multiple new age products on the enterprise side – An entire end-to-
end security system using AI/ML, an all-encompassing HR Platform and many more
 
Graduate Engineer Trainee
 
Requirements / What should you have?
1. Strong programming and debugging background.
2. Exposure to any programming languages - C,C++, , Java, JavaScript etc.
3. Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and computer science.
4. Basic understanding of OOPS concept
 
Role & Responsibilities / what will you do.
1. Work on live/production projects, build new applications that can be scaled up and can serve
millions of users with high concurrency
2. Developing new modules or enhancing modules of an application so that the modules are scalable
and reusable, considering the existing architecture and design patterns
3. Execute code builds to test and production environments.
4. Fix bugs in existing code.
5. Provide testing, documentation and support for third-party integration and inter-app integration.
 
Eligibility – Branch CS/IT/EXTC (60% throughout the academics)

Compensation-

CTC – 5LPA

Fixed- 4L

Performance Linked Incentive – 50,000

Retention Bonus- 50,000 (after completion of 1 year)
