Information to Training Partners (TPs) on Customized Crash Course

Programme for Covid Warriors (PMKVY 3.0)
Dear Training Partners,
This pertains to the allocation of targets in the month of June and July based on the willingness
shared by TPs for the LOIs pertaining to the Customized Crash Course Programme for Covid
Warriors under PMKVY 3.0. These targets were allocated based on the already existing A&A
status of TPs/TCs and with the expectation that trainings get started immediately.

TP performance since then has been tracked consistently and adequate warnings have been given
to pick up pace, given the urgency of the covid skilling programme. Since trainings have not still
picked up pace at the required level, the following actions will be taken.

Action Points for TPs

TPs are requested to take the following actions:
1. Ensure that batches are created, and that enrolment numbers exceed 50% or more for the
targets allocated by 15th August, 2021
2. Ensure that A&A is initiated (filling in the CAAF forms) by 15th August, 2021 and
enrolments completed by 15th September, 2021.
3. Ensure that in cases where A&A has been initiated the process for the same is expedited
and enrolments completed by 15th September, 2021.
4. Ensure 100% targets that are allocated to TPS to be enrolled by 31st Aug, 2021
Kindly refer to the annexures for the list of TPs (excluding those allocated targets in the states of
Jharkhand and West Bengal) with less than 50% enrolments and under A&A process.

Please note that the annexure is prepared as per the data dated 06th Aug 2021 and final action
will be taken based on performance data on the relevant dates.

Way Forward
If the instructions mentioned above are not followed, the following measures will be taken:
a) For TPs who have not achieved even 50% of enrolments by 15th August 2021, all targets
allocated under covid skilling will be revoked.
b) For cases where there is no progress on A&A (initiation by 15th August and enrolments by
15th September), all targets allocated under covid skilling will be revoked.

 c) TPs not following the action points listed above on enrolment numbers and A&A activities
will also not be considered for allocation of covid skilling targets through the RFP.
d) A case will be made for all such TPs following which they will be likely to be debarred
from participation in skilling schemes sponsored and/or initiated by MSDE and
implemented by NSDC (such as CSR, fee-based trainings, PMKVY etc.).
e) For TPs who have not achieved 100% of enrolments by 31st August 2021, all targets
allocated under covid skilling will be revoked.
