Work done Week 3- My task was to source candidates from Naukri.com for the
since Last two position of Assistant Manager – HRBP & Assistant Manager – TA,
weeks & Interact with the candidates and attract them to apply for the position,
Current status complete the screening process. Updating the Master Recruitment sheet
and sharing the shortlisted candidate’s details to the manager for further
process.

Week 4- Along with sourcing candidates also understanding the

sourcing strategies of the organisation. The idea of attracting candidates
& interacting them in a way so that they apply for the role.
