Dear Sir/Madam, note correction                                                                                                                                 

I am writing to you in order to issue a complaint regarding a recent product I purchased. On
Friday 31st January, 2022 I purchased a Samsung Television at your store Eli Electronics Limited
for the amount of $129,900 and received the television on Saturday 8th January.
I started using the television on Friday 7th January, I realised that the screen would blink on
startup and cut off during a show. I attempted to contact customer service but they are not
responding. How did you try to contact?
This product is under a two-year warrantly. Link the linesI would like to request better customer
service and to have the item    replaced or a refund please. expression I kindly ask you to look
into this matter.
