Assurance of Agreement

This agreement is to assure both Parties in charge of the shares in commission.

Three properties will be involved in this agreement:

Property 1:

Land Owner: MOMARCO IMPORT CO. INC

Location: CORAL NA BATO, SAN RAFAEL, BULACAN

Lot Area: 5,000SQM

Property 2:

Land Owner: MOMARCO IMPORT CO. INC

Location: CORAL NA BATO, SAN RAFAEL, BULACAN

Lot Area: 6,040SQM

TCT #:039-2014000502

Property 3:

Land Owner: LUZVIMINDA JONSAY

Location: CORAL NA BATO, SAN RAFAEL, BULACAN

Lot Area: 1,615 SQM

TCT #: 039-2022016773

With the price of TWO THOUSAND AND ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P2,100.00) PER
SQUARE METERS, Agents (Ginest Tuliao and Ronald Villagaling), has agreed on the
commission would be shared between agents and ATTY.

The agreed amount is as stated:

The agents will be receiving a commission of FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE


TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE, where the 5% will be received when the seller gains their 60%
payment for the three properties. While the second half will be received after the full payment of
their property.

As for Mrs. Luzviminda Jonsay, she will give a little portion of commission, amounting
of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (P250,000.00) to ATTY.

As this agreement was made privately, where the only witnesses and proof are written on
this letter, all parties should sign and this document will be notarized for this to be binding.

In the condition that this private agreement has not been consented, the 5% commission will be returned to their
original owner as it was legally contracted within the transactions of Buyer and Seller. This is to avoid any present
and future conflicts between the seller, the buyer and the agents.
Shares should be received before the end of the transactions of all the properties. Until all parties
have received their share, this agreement will not be void under any circumstances.
