What are the problems of mentee?

 Takoyaki kansai has a main problem, which is the natural resources. It’s very hard to get
the main ingredients for takoyaki kansai that the main ingredients is octopus.

 They also have problems in human resources where their human resources are still not
professional in carrying out their work because their employees quit from their jobs too
often.

 They have an external problem too, which is having competitors who want to bring down
their business in which way the competitors are degrading or vilifying the brand of
Takoyaki Kansai.
