Dear Honorable Director Wray:

Please take a look at the attached letter I provided to Mr. Elon Musk, owner of Twitter, Inc.

In the United States, the state action international Communist conspiracy is declared an
“instrumentality of a conspiracy to overthrow the Government of the United States” and “should be
outlawed.”1 In Oklahoma, the Communist conspiracy is criminalized under Oklahoma Statutes
Annotated, Title 21 (Crimes and Punishments) §§ 21-1266 et seq. to be so serious “that such
conspiracy constitutes a clear and present danger to the government of the United States and of this
state.”2 Likewise in California, the state action international Communist conspiracy is declared in
Government Code §1027.5 and Government Code §§1028 et seq. as a “clear and present danger”.

Terrorism is the FBI’s top investigative priority and the Agency “is the lead federal agency for
investigating cyber attacks” and Counterintelligence. The FBI is also involved with “aggressively”
investigating violations of Civil Rights, Public Corruption, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Organized
Crime, and White-Collar Crime. For reasons currently unknown to me, the FBI failed to detect
Communist China’s deep infiltration and take over of Twitter and Facebook, which are both
headquartered in California. Mr. Musk also suggests the FBI had a role in censorship of free speech.

Director Wray, can you look into this deep conspiracy by the Chinese Communists?
