Physical Self-Care
1. I make sure to have a nutritious meal three times per day.
2. I make sure to sleep eight hours everyday
3. I drink water 8-10 cups per day
4. I am taking a bath once every day.
5. I jog at least twice a week.
Psychological Self-Care
1. I read books like manga to relieve my stress and be relaxed.
2. I play with my dog to make me feel relaxed
3. I play mobile games to be relaxed and to have fun.
4. I listen to soothing and relaxing music to relieve my stress and to feel relaxed
5. I take a break like taking a nap to refresh my mind and feel relaxed
Emotional Self-Care
1. I talk to my loved ones about my issues to make them feel less burdened.
2. I watch YouTube to ease my anxiety and sadness.
3. I travel to places where I can meditate and clear my mind from negative thoughts.
4. I read manga to occupy my mind from negative thoughts.
5. I meditate to clear my mind from negative thoughts.
Spiritual Self-Care
1. I go to the church every Sunday and ask God for guidance.
2. I pray everyday and ask God for my good health and provide me guidance to get through
my everyday life.
3. I put God as my center of everything
4. I give back the kindness that was given to me.
5. I avoid people who hurts my feelings and disrespects me.
